Smooth it out! Mid winter lip fix.

Time springs forward this weekend (finally).. Spring is coming but the winter cold is still going hard! 

My lips have truely been weathered this year. How about you? Lips like these sometimes require a little extra tlc. 

Here's a tip or two for keeping your pout smooth and kissably soft. 

Creat a hydrating scub with a bit of Shea Butter and raw Brown Sugar. Gently use the mix to exfoliate the lips. Remove excess with a damp cloth. This gets your lips hydrated and smooth. Ready to go for your lipstick wear. 

On the go and a bit flaky? No excuse for that! 

 Grab the nearest sugar packet.. Dab sugar over your lip butter, balm or gloss. Use your fingertips to gently exfoliate your lips.. Remove with a damp paper towel and reapply your lip balm, butter or gloss.. Not only will this bring a natural flush of color to the surface of the lip, but it will also keep your lip fix from caking up on you. 

Smooth it out!!

Happy Friday.. Really everyday is a celebration though.. 

Friday doesn't mark the end to my anything.. Except maybe the school bus hustle with my son. I still feel a little kick back going through my veins though.

Today, I scored some goodies from Butter London.. You know, the backstage, gone front stage nail polish brand? 

Wait now! Their New Patent-Gel Top & Tails!!! It's their innovative UV less gel set. 

It's my new key to a long wearing mani! No more mid week and Friday night polish changes. 

Excuse me.. I have some primping to do!
